• Maximum of eight people per Casa, Management must be notified in advance should there be more people:  - a fee of R200.00 per adult (16+) per day is payable and for children 2 years and older a fee of R100.00 per day will apply.

• Deposit payable by bank or debit card or credit card: details to be provided as follows:

  • Credit card number

  • Expiry date

  • CSV number on back – three or four digits

  • Credit card will be used to confirm the reservation by deducting the deposit or if you do not arrive the amount will be forfeited according to cancellation policy.

• Please quote reservation number on all correspondence for a cancellation request.

• Deposits will only be refunded on receipt of written cancellation e-mail .

• 100% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival

• 0% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received within 60 days of arrival

• Deposits will only be refunded 30 days after cancellation is received.
